保護者の方へ麻しん（はしか）について
〇感染力がとても強い感染症で、空気感染等により簡単に人から人に感染します。麻しんの免疫が不十
分な人が感染すると、高い確率で発症します。感染すると約１０日後に発熱や咳、鼻水といった風
邪のような症状が現れ、２～３日熱が続いた後、３９℃以上の高熱と発疹が出る感染症です。
〇予防接種歴を確認しましょう
予防には、ワクチンが有効です。麻しんの定期予防接種（第１期：１歳児、第２期：小学校就学前
の１年間）をまだ受けていない方は、かかりつけ医に相談し、早めに予防接種を受けましょう。な
お第２期の接種期限は３月31日までとなります。
〇麻しんを疑う発熱、発疹、咳、鼻水、目の充血等の場合
必ず事前に医療機関へ連絡して麻しんの疑いがあることを伝えてください。受診の際は公共交通機
関の利用を控えて医療機関の指示に従って受診してください

About measles
〇Measles is a highly contagious infectious disease that is easily transmitted from person to person through airborne transmission. If a person with inadequate immunity to measles is infected, there is a high probability that he or she will develop the disease.
Inadequate immunity to measles can result in a high probability of illness. After about 10 days of infection, symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, and other wind-like symptoms may appear, and the disease may spread to two or more people.
After 2-3 days of fever, a high fever of 39°C or higher and a rash appear.
〇Check your vaccination history.
Vaccines are effective for prevention. If you have not yet received regular measles vaccinations (1st term: 1 year old children, 2nd term: 1 year before elementary school), you should check your vaccination history.If you have not yet been vaccinated against measles, consult your family doctor and get vaccinated as soon as possible.
The deadline for the second periodic vaccination is March 31.
〇If you have a fever, rash, cough, runny nose, red eyes, etc. that are suspicious of measles, please contact a medical institution in advance.Please refrain from using public transportation and follow the instructions of the medical institution when visiting the hospital.
