Please note that “no midway admission is allowed.” Please arrive before the reception closes. (It is possible to leave during the event.)

- After the reception closes, staff will move to the party venue, so “no midway admission” is allowed. Please arrive on time.
- From the time the gates open, you will be directed to the bicycle/car parking lot on the Dalton site.
- We ask for your cooperation in exiting the premises before the gates close time.

For your reference, the following are items that are not required but would be useful to bring.
About Children’s Costumes
There are no restrictions on children’s costumes.
Parents’ Costumes
Please dress in costumes that will not frighten children.
The parents’ costume contest will be decided by the votes of parents and staff members who attend the event. Please come in costume.

We assume that there will be enough parking space for “one car per family”. We ask for your cooperation in parking one car per family.

Cancellation and Absent
No refunds will be given for absences due to illness or tardiness on the day of the event.
Refunds will be handled as follows;
- Full refund up to 6 days in advance
- Cancellations made by 18:00 on 10/24/2022 will receive a full refund.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made 5 days prior to the date of the event.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after 18:01 on 10/24/2022
